| Even though money is harder to borrow it is still possible to get really good home mortgage rates with the help of a good mortgage or loan officer. It is a buyers market. Even great homes want offers and take from 30 to 120 days to sell. Value on good properties will continue to grow for the forseeable future; not as fast as in recent years but still better than the stock market in most cases. Call me for help buying or selling your home. |
| My Background |
| I am originally from Cleveland, Ohio but spent the greater portion of my life in the Pacific Northwest. Additionally, I lived in Boston, MA., Waterville, ME. and Louisville (Loo-uh-vul), Kentucky. I received a BA in Communications and Public Relations from Washington State University and an MBA in Marketing from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland Ohio. My sales background includes working in marketing with Procter and Gamble and AT&T prior to a 20 year career in Seattle advertising and design agencies. My community participation includes two years as Chairman of the Greenlake Community Council and I spent three weeks volunteering with the Red Cross in East Texas for the Hurricane Rita relief effort. I am Red Cross trained in CPR, First Aid, Shelter Operations, Bulk Distribution and Emergency Service. I enjoy playing guitar and harmonica and you may catch me at a local Blues jam in Seattle or Tacoma. |
